"Avoid this clinic "

I went here for all on 6 in December 2023. I had 24 teeth removed and 12 implants put in, I was told I would get 28 crowns on my 12 implants. Which ment I would only have my wisdom tooth vacant. When I went back in the March they put only 24 teeth in and leaving me with lots of empty space at the back (where I'm ment to be eating) these (permanent) teeth broke within minutes. I questioned the 24 teeth and told them we agreed 28. When the next lot of permanent teeth came back, there was 28 teeth but these teeth where smaller and still only covered the same amount of space, leaving me with big gaps at the back. I was unhappy but I was told this is how they're going to be. I went home and within a month these teeth had broken. I informed the clinic and they told me I needed a report to get them fixed under the warranty. I had a nightmare trying to get a report off a dentist. The only place I could find willing to do a report wanted £450. Eventually after around 3 months the clinic agreed I could come back without the report. I went back in June and I was given the worst set of teeth I've ever seen, they don't look, act or feel like teeth, it's more like a mouth guard a boxer or rugby player would use. It's so big I now have a speech impediment and a lisp, my teeth sit infront of my gums all the way round, it feels awful and I bite my cheeks 2-3 times a week now which causes me constant pain and discomfort, i was invited for a forth trip to the clinic in December 2024 where I was told all my issues would be resolved, I was told they would make new teeth or shave some of the bits off where I was biting my cheeks. The dentist shaved a little bit off which cured nothing at all and I was told I had to pay for the hotel myself. Now I'm living with teeth that are worse than my original teeth and it causes me alot of depression and anxiety. So unfortunately I can't recommend this clinic.

Bardzo profesjonalny zespół kliniki, wyjątkowo empatyczni, podchodzą do pacjenta z ogromną życzliwością, dr Taha, cudowny człowiek. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z efektów pracy całego zespołu kliniki. Polecam wszystkim klinikę Tantalya. Dziękuję bardzo za wszystko co dla mnie zrobiliście ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

"Super Clinic - don’t hesitate to go there.."

Absolute aanrader om hier je tanden mooi te laten maken!

Ik heb gekozen op basis van intuïtie en geen seconde spijt gehad. Als ik de enkele negatieve reviews lees, dan denk ik ‘tsja, bij een medische behandeling heb je altijd risico’s- ook thuis, waar je 4 x zoveel betaalt!

De kliniek is schoon, het personeel super vriendelijk. Er lopen altijd minimaal 2 mensen rond om alles te vertalen. Mijn tandarts dr Taha, is een bekwame man, die al 15 jaar mensen behandelt. Erg kundig en een vakspecialist.

Mijn moeder had een vrouwelijke tandarts, waar ze minstens even tevreden over is. De sfeer in de kliniek is erg gemoedelijk en je voelt je al snel onderdeel van de tantalya familie.

Wat betreft de tandarts behandelingen: je betaalt echt alleen de prijs die je vooraf hebt afgesproken (tenzij je ter plaatse natuurlijk meer beslist te laten doen - of er is medisch gezien een implantaat nodig, etc.). Rontgens, wortelkanaalbehandeling, nachtbitje: nergens kwam achter nog een onverwachte rekening voor. Absoluut eerlijke mensen en een eerlijk bedrijf.

Tip: beslis niet te snel de kleur van je nieuwe tanden! Het aller aller witste, is zo koel wit dat het met e-max een beetje blauwe toon kreeg bij mij. Dat was mn eigen stomme schuld. Gelukkig is dat heel netjs en keurig opgelost. Wil je een mooie volle iets warmere kleur wit, ga dan voor kleur 3. Kijk goed wat bij je huidkleur en haarkleur past! (Ik ben rossig met sproeten…)

Verder was alles goed georganiseerd kwa vervoer en ook het verblijf in het Sam Hotel was tiptop. Konyaalti is echt een impressive, ontwikkeld stadje in mijn ogen - misschien wel het netste en meest fancy waar ik ooit geweest ben in Turkije. De parken en speeltuinen daar; zouden ze in Nederland jaloers op kunnen zijn!

Al met al een super aan te raden kliniek - en voor grotere ingrepen zal ik voortaan altijd hier terug komen. Ze hebben er 2 klanten for life bij! :-)

Von der Beratung mit Rabia bis zum Ergebnis,total zufrieden.
Es war alles bestens organisiert und ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben,trotz Zahnarztangst.Der Arzt und seine Helferinnen waren sehr professionell und waren sehr einfühlsam.
Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

I went for all on four implants upper and lower jaw as all my teeth had become lose due to loss of bone. They did a brilliant job. I had to have extra treatment and they never charged me anymore. They put me at ease from the moment of my first visit and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I’m so happy. I have a perfect smile again. Would definitely recommend

"Hervorragend "

Ich hatte schon länger vor meine Zähne machen zu lassen. Über eine Werbung auf Instagram bin ich auf diese Klinik gestoßen. Am Samstag habe ich dann den Kontakt aufgenommen. Nach kurzer Besprechung und Angebot, bin ich direkt am Montag in den Flieger gestiegen. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Top Ergebnis, keine schmerzen, und super organisiert. Das Personal hat mich Familiär empfangen. Die Ärztin war eine hervorragende Frau die genau wusste was zu tun ist. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden. Das war definitiv einer super Entscheidung. Top 👍
