Did not have to wait on the phone until a person picked up the call. Even though I first got the wrong person initially they took the information, gave me the correct battery information and transferred me to the right person. I was able to order the correct battery with little trouble. I believe his name was “Sid”. Also the follow up was great.

These guys are top notch. We call them the A-Team over here. For all of our customers they are provided with the best care anyone can find for mobility scooters. "Will this ever be right??? "
Ordering the scooters for my parents was such a positive experience, the rest of the process has not been so good. We received the Eagle in about a week’s time. When it was dropped off the box was very damaged. When we unpacked it, it turns out that the box that carries the battery had fallen through and cracked and scratched the fiberglass casing of the scooter. (I have photos).
The Pursuit arrived a few days later (today) and when it arrived it was one box short. The shipping company has no idea where the third box is, it was never received from the initial shipping location. So, we are not waiting for the rest of a very expensive scooter to arrive with no idea when that might be because no one seems to have any idea where the third box has gone.

I purchased a lift chair for my Brother who had stiff person syndrome. The chair wasn’t right for him . The return is the absolute worst.if you are not rich stay away from this company. Restocking fee 350.00 and shipping is another 300.00 to 400 dollars. I had to keep the chair and my Brother still needs a chair

"Ordered new scooter and was delivered…"
Ordered new scooter from mobility scooters direct in Florida and was delivered Dec. 22, 2022 followed directions on how to unpack and set up. Have not been able to use it because they will not send anyone out to look at it. They put blame on Manufacturer Pride Mobility in PA. that it is there responsibility. Have contacted both companies about this and still no help. It's January 17, 2023 still can't use it still won't work. I think that they can't find a close tech. They don't want to pay to have someone come out to look at it. They have there money so now they don't care. And I am out $2400.00

Not only is the AFIscooter S4 an EXCELLENT machine, the company that we purchased it from - Mobility DIrect - was OUTSTANDING to work with. There are SO many companies out there selling scooters and I spoke with a few others before working with Mobility DIrect and quickly realized that the level of service was well above anyone else. They did everything and more to ensure that we received the best machine and the best price and my parents absolutely LOVE their scooter.
