The quote was competitive, they fitted-in with my timeline for the project, and the staff were very pleasant and polite (not a given in this day and age). The work was completed on time, for the agreed price, and I was kept informed throughout; if there were any queries about my preferences I was consulted about this before the work was carried-out (again, not a given). Very happy with the outcome; I would definitely use them again / recommend them. :-)
