"We enjoy coming to NO JOKE"

We enjoy coming to NO JOKE. My son did mixed martial arts when he was younger and wanted to try some other thing so we left. But No Joke was never to far off my son's mind. Now he is older a teen he asked to go back. We have returned and he is excited. Everyone is great very welcoming and nice and really encouraging. Even the people who take classes there we don't know have been very welcoming and really has helping my son. No matter your age or size it really is and family friendly place and would recommend it. Thanks for all you do Rich and Danny

I gave it four stars because I come from an old skool boxing.Where boxing was only thought and in not use d to holding pads for anyone. Other then my opinion everything else is great the classes are motivating and challenging.

The staff at No Joke is really great! The atmosphere is fun, high energy, and very supportive. I'm completely new to kickboxing but after only 2 weeks, I don't feel like a such a newbie.

My son, who is shy and at times introverted has learned to be confident and brave in his new journey of MMA.
