Following placement of order, one of the part specifications may not have worked. I sent an email to JRC staff and they responded immediately. Not only did they do the research for me to verify suitability, they acknowledged that it would not be a fit, and removed the item from the order, and proceeded to send remaining items, PLUS a free water bottle. Such great service. Also, on arrival, the part quality is very high quality and finish. Thank you JRC for your precise service and customer care.

"First Timer International Online order"

I was looking for specific color for a pulley for the sram RD, there are a few results that have the same item but others have a negative review so I tried checking JRC Online shop, Surpricingly there are a lot of items in their website that I was actually looking for on specific color so ordered all that i need. I was sceptical that my order will not arrive as this is my first time and I havent heard any article from our country about buying item from JRC website. So I tried and wait that my item will arrive. This is where I got Amazed! the delivery just took only 4days to be delivered on our home, that is even faster that our local online store delivery service. Considering it came from Ireland going to PH. I dont know what happen there but I was not expecting it to be that fast!.

Anyways I will definitely be ordering again soon for other item. Thanks JRC Components Keep up the good work! I recommended this to my fellow bikers!
