He continues to check in, responds quickly and I am pursuing continued business with him for sure! Currently, my website is in the works and Neil has been awesome from start to current as I progress through my business startup steps.

Unfortunately, the turnaround times are not as advertised, and they don’t follow simple instructions. As a result of a poor performance on the very first sample product, I could tell their services were not of a professional quality and kindly requested a refund. Now, two months later, a refund has not given and no one answers the follow-up emails or text responses for an update or eta of the refund, etc. I would not recommend their services…

Terrible customer service. Turn around times are not what they claim. Been asking for a refund but no one can help. They don’t answer calls or emails Untill you contact them through the chat line then they get mad and respond.
