I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option. I wish I never had such poor service with a site that is suppose to be helpful. They did not follow directions and I made it clear. I paid for 11 pages and only received 9. They added an abstract page and counted it towards the page count. The reference page was split between two pages making the word count on the last page higher. The 10th page technically 9th page had 3 sentences on it and they said it still counts as a full page. They plagiarized most of the material. On top of that they made words up that are not part of the English language. Throughout this process I e-mailed them over the course of 3 weeks to make sure everything was going well and if they had any questions. They said nothing. I always got updates with my other services that have been a great help. It was comforting to know you were being taken care of but this company could care less. I wanted my money back and they refuse to refund me on an essay that was incomplete and not well written.
