Mark was really helpful - he provided good ideas around the positioning of indoor and outdoor units, the types of system to consider and the design and installation aesthetics. Both he and Mat worked very hard to get the job done on time. They were pleasant to have working around the house, punctual and tidy. Additionally they were both very respectful of all the COVID restrictions at the time. Any additional people they needed (electricians, labourers, etc) turned up on schedule as well. Really nice bunch of people that I would thoroughly recommend.
