We had an absolutely disgraceful experience with CrowdCreate, the so-called "growth marketing agency" poorly managed by Jeffrey Maganis. This outfit couldn't deliver on their promises if their lives depended on it. Not only did they fail miserably to provide the services they boasted about, but they also did not refund our outstanding balance of US$3800 - the leftover payment for influencer outreach. Whilst we lived up to all the agreement terms, they could not. They strong-armed us into another month of their useless subscription, while dragging their feet and delivering absolutely zero performance. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company.

"Total Disorganization and Lack of Control"

We engaged this marketing agency for an NFT project and were profoundly disappointed.

Despite clear agreements outlined in our contract, many stipulated deliverables were not met.

The root of the issue seems to be their reliance on external teams, which they apparently lack any meaningful oversight of.

"How CrowdCreate failed the lunch of my ICO"

My experience with CrowdCreate was highly unsatisfactory. I engaged their services for marketing assistance and connections to potential investors, but I was disappointed with the outcome. Despite paying a substantial amount of money, the company failed to deliver on its promises. The investors they claimed to have personal connections with were simply contacts found for free on the internet, and their marketing efforts were ineffective.

In addition to the inadequate services, I was also disappointed with the composition of their team. The company relies on cheap labor based in Asia, rather than employing experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the Web 3 space. As a result, I believe the service level I received was low and not worthy at all.

Overall, I would not recommend CrowdCreate to anyone seeking professional and reliable marketing services. My experience with this company was a waste of money, and I believe I could have received better results by working with another agency.

I have bought plenty of services from crowdcreate. I'd say it one by one.
Discord management service: At least the discord is built.
Strategy meetings: The consultants are providing ideas, some of them are helpful.
Influencers: May be due to our team is not doxed? I don't see big traffics from those influencers. At least some of the influencers actually help, but crowdcreate is advice to make more vetting on them.
Weekly meetings: Our handler, Seyf, is doing well for us. Although we are making a lot of enquires, lot of opinion, he is doing very good to answer and try his very best to solve our problems and really help to make our project launch. Although he is having a lot of stress due to the bear market, he is just very professional that really offer us a lot of help and advices. Much appreciated to his works.
