"Very negative experience "
I bought from them new, expensive, premium lens. On arrival, after quick visual inspection I discovered a defect, debri inside the lens glass-unremovable without getting inside the lens,expensive fix.
When I sent it back the very next day, asking for a full refund, they claimed that I'm sending them back used lens and there is no defect at all (providing unzoomed low quality photos as a proof and ridiculous explanation that it was on the surface and now it's gone) therefore they will deduct 40%!! from my full refund. This amount isn't even consistent with their own terms and conditions.
Because in reality I sent them back unused product with a defect, with the help of eBay, I received full amount back, but the whole experience with that shop, from my point of view, is very negative.
UPDATE after shop reply:
As per Trustpilot request at the beginning of that review process, order number was provided. Purchase was made via Ebay, all details are also avaliable in their platform.
Shop continue its dishonest behaviour.

"Prices look good but come at a cost "
I bought from camix because of the price but unfortunately the cost is service. My camera was left on my doorstep when I was in work I got home and the camera had gone, not there fault it was left on the doorstep I even shared my ring doorbell vid to show it was left on the doorstep and not taken in, I don't have motion on my ring so only records when the bell is pressed so I can not show the item being stolen so camix are saying it's my fault pretty much, I reported it instantly and they are making me feel like I'm in the wrong, now I'm really worried I'm gonna be stuck with £1k bill and no camera. Luckily royal mail seem like they are actually willing to help and are currently investigating for me, I have been made to feel like camix don't believe me even though I've proved the camera was left on the doorstep in full view of the street, I don't want any kind of refund or compensation, I just want the camera. I wish I paid a few £££ more and ordered directly with Canon now. Think twice about buying from here. The prices are good but come at a massive cost of customer service and all round helpfulness.
After your reply. I have now had it confirmed by royal mail the camera was not delivered and has gone missing. Have emailed you the response from royal mail so you can claim this from them and hopefully can send out a replacement ASAP

"Unreliable"
Bought a Nikon 500mm f5.6 from them on 25 March. When they were declaring a stock of three. They cancelled the order yesterday due to damage to the box, stating they were out of stock and could not get another. No refund received. I shall have to put the payment into dispute with AmEx. Then they cancelled the transaction with eBay stating that I had cancelled. Absolutely untrue. I never did. Here I am. Send me the lens for the price I paid. Over to you. PS 4 April - They have just offered me a discount of less than1% (£25) if I cancel or revise this review. Wow.
