Been writing mails to them with no reply. Again, when I try to reach out to them via the web using the "contact a live agent" function tab nothing happens when I click the feature. So, there is no interaction or communication between the two parties.

I sent an email to the exchange but received no response and they locked my account. when we trade at a loss they have no opinion, when we make a profit they give reasons to take the trader's money.
