I was very impressed with my purchase experience. I had never heard of Lamptwist before. The website came up after google searching the lamp I have always wanted and I can honestly say that I am really glad that I found Lamptwist. They offered the best price and even with adding shipping costs to Australia and duty taxes, it was a huge saving. It arrived well packed delivered to my door step via USPS two weeks after I placed my order. I highly recommend them and would gladly purchase from them again.

J’ai acheté un lit enfant ainsi qu’une carafe. Site facile, livraison rapide dans les délais annoncés.
La société qui a effectué la livraison n’avait pas pris soin du colis et le lit était fort abîmé.

Mathilde du Support a été très réactive et a proposé plusieurs solutions très adaptées!
J’ai rarement vu un SAV aussi performant !

Zending is zeer vlot en goed aangekomen in Noord Nederland. Ik werd zeer goed op de hoogte gehouden van de reis van mijn pakket. De kinderen zijn nu al dagen met enorm veel plezier aan het spelen met hun kidywolf walkie talkies die uitstekend bereik en geluid hebben!

Ordered 2 Eames House Birds for £368, great price. BUT had to pay extra £87.99 import VAT to UPS when items were delivered!

This means it would have been cheaper to buy the items from a UK store. The price on the website for a UK purchase should be the price you pay. Not happy at all.

"Think twice before you buy from LampTwist"

I am very disappointed with LampTwist. I placed an order for an expensive lamp more than two weeks ago. I received notification two days later to say the order was shipped. I noticed that LampTwist had entered my apartment number as the building number (and omitted my building number even though I provided the full address when making the purchase) and I contacted them immediately to let them know that. LampTwist responded to say not to worry, they had corrected it. However, my package has now gone astray and bpost--the shipping service--has posted the following message on its tracking page: "We are unable to deliver your package because the address is incorrect". I have reached out to Lamptwist customer service on several occasions and received the same response back: we are awaiting a response from bpost. This is incredibly poor service. The mistake was made on their end, I wrote immediately to alert them, and now I am without my lamp but they have taken my money. Unacceptable! Think twice before you purchase from this company.
