The quality of the marketing materials is solid. For me, they were affordable -- Press Release, email send outs, promo video, etc. All solid. This was the scope of my work with Harper. The missing star is because the first contact I had was difficult to work with. My contact now is completely top shelf. Others might score Harper lower in this situation (if not valueing the correction as much as I do). My advice to any considering this company's advertising services is to make your voice heard if you detect difficulty coming from your contact... because the services I experienced behind him/her are solid.
