"Machine does not work"

Hi.
I am very disappointed with the result of the Tomas diode laser hair removal machine. It did not work at all. I intended to use this machine professionally, doing services at clients' homes. But first I needed to try it on myself, and it did not give me a good result. And I can no longer use it because it is overheating. I only use it on myself in two small areas, and the machine no longer works. It was very discouraging for me who was planning to start a new beauty business. I sent emails without getting any reply.

I reached out to customer service and they helped right away and sent me a replacement part within a few days. Their customer service team has been excellent throughout this process and I couldn’t be more thankful!
