"Will not use this company again."

We booked for a taxi to pick us up from Gatwick and bring us back to Portsmouth Harbour. Booking was confirmed. We gave flight number and mobile phone details. We waited 40mins, no taxi, tried phoning the number given to us but got no reply. In the end we had to hire a taxi at the airport to get us to the next available ferry as we would be too late for our origional ferry booking. This cost us nearly twice as much as was agreed with this company. I wrote and complained but got no reply.
