I was not sure about using a meal service. There are so many and so many different types. Rebuilt is perfect for me and the meals are exceptional .

Excellent quality meals at a fair price. I eat ReBuilt meals for lunch daily and it has totally changed my diet. Also Brandon is a great leader for this organization.

The keto food was rather bland but some were rather good. Just too much of a hit or miss. However the donuts and treat items were surprisingly delicious. I just wish all of their items were as good as the sweets!

Taste (5/5): Veggies are always seasoned. The meat is NEVER dry even after reheating in the microwave. It’s an easy decision to make to do this instead of eating out.
Cost (5/5): I’m spending less by using their meals and I am eating healthier.
Convenience (4/5): this is the only not great part. My nearest pickup location takes awhile to get to because of traffic, and their hours are sporadic.
