Totaly wrong description of the product on the web site! Stated the engine had DCC sound (only buy fitted these days!) arrived and yes the item was beautifully weathered but no DCC chip, let alone sound!

The price was discounted, but would have been expensive without a DCC sound chip compared to other sellers, so no clue there to it being a mistake.

Phoned up, and they agreed to refund, they did send a postage returns label (good) but still haven't received the refund (bad).

The guy dealing with the return wasn't brilliant either gave the impression it was my fault and they were doing me a favour - Hey you advertised something and totally screwed up!

Don't like giving low scores, and nearly gave one star, as disappointed plus the hassle of returning, but the weathering was good!

Bottom line - Get someone independent to review your web pages when you add or remove things, its hard to see errors if you entered the data!
If you do mess up and it happens (we understand that) - perhaps offer the customer a discount?

Unfortuantely one of the items I wanted was out of stock, but a quick email allowed me to swap this for something else to get my order shipped. Item arrived swiftly and well packed.
