The courier lost my parcel but contacted roobix and was given several options of what i wanted to do (refund, exchange, wait for more stock etc). I chose exchange and was kept up to date with what was happening. Communication was fantastic every step of the way. Ill definitely shop here again! The lost car matts were sent out once more were instock and couldnt be happier..thanks :D
