Totally locked out of my account when I go onto site it’s says that the site is not available in my country really been playing for a couple of years can’t even contact customer service as it won’t allow me to even chat to a advisor it’s also doing it on regalwins , luckyvip rialtocasino and thevic which are all of the same company

Magical are shocking! Customer service non-existent. If you ever get a reply they don’t actually get the issue and give the bog standard ‘can’t be bothered to actually help’ response about cookies/cache…. Don’t even try going to the complaints team because they’re as bad across the whole of Rank. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone. Never using them again - even if they ever solve the issue of all three sites thinking I’m outside the UK for two weeks solid… I’m not but you know, I have screenshot evidence but there’s ‘no issue’ their end….
