My parcel was apparently ‘lost’ and when I contacted slam jam they kept asking me the same question over and over about the shipping label. They then said they’d contact DHL and try and resolve the situation to which the said there’s nothing they can do. I then contacted DHL and opened an enquiry and the parcel was found. The team weren’t helpful at all and just kept saying there’s nothing they can do when there was loads they could have done. They also don’t cover returns with insurance so if it’s lost it’s lost and you get no refund.
