This is a re-order. I ran out and I had no problem with the paper that I had ordered early, so i ordered that exact same paper. Perforated portion tears off easily, paper is good quality and good weight.

We buy the 24 pound perforated paper and print off weigh tickets. We often have problems with the paper perforating in the printer and thus, we have to re-do the ticket. The problem has not been so bad that we have ordered elsewhere, but it is somewhat annoying. Other than that, everything is great....shipped in a timely manner, etc.

"Just what I asked for"
I dropped one star because they could use better communication. I assumed the "cover sheet" in the pack was a template and spent two hours trying to get my graphic to align just perfectly. When I went to print my certificates they were way off. I held up the "template" against the paper and found out the "template" doesn't mean anything. I know it was my fault for not checking against my specs but it could have had "not to scale" printed on it too!

I believe that it is super important that you take returns. I made a mistake in my order and when it came, it was not what I wanted. I emailed and found out that you don't take returns. Customer service did give me 40% off my second order, which was very nice. You really need to be able to take returns. Also, I'm puzzled why my order took so long to ship. Once it shipped, it arrived pretty fast, but seems like waiting for the item to ship was lengthy.
