"I was charged $600 for a Sunday call…"

I was charged $600 for a Sunday call out. The guy first said he will be here at 10. Then calls and says he won’t be coming until 2. He was here for only about 15 mins which doesn’t justify $600. Not to mention that I should have just asked my hubby to do it as he would have done a much cleaner job. The cut of of the carpet patchwork wasn’t near at all. Very disappointed and will never recommend ever to anyone
