I was unsure about taking this product so I bought a trial box for £40 which seemed a little expensive. I liked the mixed berry flavour and added them to my daily smoothie. I didn’t notice much of a difference after 14 shots but decided to subscribe after my wife commented on how my thinning hair looked fuller and my skin felt smoother. Looking forward to see the improvements
