Bought the Chicago 32amp hot tub, absolutely love it. Fantastic customer service. Jake kept us fully updated from day one of ordering. When it came to delivery day and it arrived I realised I hadn’t read the info properly and not got suitable cabling organised (facepalm) so they couldn’t do full installation and commissioning on the day. However this was not a problem and Jake came back out 2 days later to finish off and show us how everything worked. No extra charge. Top bloke. He is really knowledgeable and polite and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend this company 10000%!! Thanks again!!

Really pleased with Wildeaboutspas. Great service from start to finish. The Boston 5 seater is perfect for us and the waterfall, lights and speakers are a great touch. Jake and Lee installed our tub sooner than arranged, fitting us in at the end of a long day. Everything was explained with the upkeep and maintenance of our new tub and we couldn’t be happier. Fantastic installation. Guys friendly, managed to get help from friends as we had to come through two neighbours gardens. Really great guys, the Tub looks fabulous, can't wait to get in it when hot enough. Thoroughly recommend these guys as you get value for money.

Jake and his team collected and transported my hot tub to its new home. Despite its size and weight they made lite work of moving it out of position and loading on to their flatbed for transportation . They were extremely careful and polite throughout the whole process, I would happily recommend their services. 5 stars all round.

Received an excellent service from Jake on two separate occasions. First a tub relocation which went smoothly time and care was taken at the pick up and drop off point. Second visit was for a first class service to our tub which now looks like new, Jake spent time explaining to us how to maintain and use the tub as we are unfamiliar with them. He provides an excellent service all round and communication is quick and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely be using him again for next years service.
