"Rare and yet beautiful gold, oval coffee table."
On April 25th, I purchased the awesome Orion coffee table from Fitzgibbon Interior online and I was super excited for it to arrive. Next day, got a call saying it'd ship by April 30th. Waited eagerly, but April 30th came and went with no table in sight. Called them on May 1st, and they said it'd come by the end of the week. But, nothing showed up. Shot them an email on May 8th, and they promised it'd go out that same week. Finally, got it on May 10th. It's a real beauty. A perfect design for gold and marble coffee table. However, the courier left a huge tent-shape wooden pallet outside the house, and I don't know how to get rid of it. Plus, had to haul the heavy flat pack inside by myself. Thank God, no tools were needed. Despite the delivery being poor, I am loving the table so much. One of my best buys.

"The chairs I bought have some black spots …"
The chairs I bought have some black markings on the white cushions, it is not set up and there are no fixings. After reported they provide the fixings but I think they are not the right fixings for these chairs. For the black spots on the white cushions they said it was an manufacturer issue and made a small discount. I could not remove the markings and I am not happy with the result.Think twice while shopping from that site.

Extremely disappointing customer service having bought a vanity unit that a plumber said was dangerous to fit as he felt it did not have adequate support.
Over 2 days looking for answers and not getting one phone call back I ended up having to drive to the warehouse a 2 hour return drive just to get them to open a box and check if I was missing parts.
This could have been dealt with so much more professionally. I have lost all faith in this retailer.
