They are scum after selling my expensive hermes birking for £10000 they send me a label with DHL I took the parcel to the drop off point and the barcode got scanned and handed the parcel , I did receive a text msg that my parcel has been posted and a notification from VC saying thanks for the postage after waiting couple weeks without an update I did ask the customer service so they asked me for proof I did send pic of the notification and the message but they keep asking did u take a pic of the 📦 I said u can't receive a message without posting it and lucky me I had a pic of the parcel so after all this drama they block my account and I didn't get no money no bag .

Mein Hotel ist bei mehreren Reservierungsbüros gelistet, jedes Mal, wenn es eine Reservierung gibt, muss ich zu allen anderen Agenturen gehen und dieses Zimmer schließen. Es ist sehr zeitaufwändig und umständlich, aber wenn ich das nicht tue, riskiere ich, ein Zimmer zu überbuchen. Mit Visitor erfolgt der Vorgang automatisch und sofort (innerhalb einer Minute).

The System is very easy to use but IT still needs some features:

1. Ability to upsell pets allowed
2. Ability to upsell breakfast
3. Automatically generated invoices

Not very big things but would be useful. Otherwise the system is great, we especially like the direct booking website.
