"Australia Post delivery information stuff up"

There were issues with the delivery of the item I purchased. When I rang & spoke to Emma to explain my dilemna, she was extremely helpful in assisting me solve the issue. Emma was so quick to respond & update me & reassure me. Her customer service was spot on & she was a delight to deal with. I'll definitely support Lollipops kids in the future!

I just found Lollipop kids to have terrible customer service!
I bought a swimsuit for my son in size 1. He’s nearly grown out of his size 0 clothing. I received the size 1 swimsuit I ordered and it was smaller than the two different brands of swimsuits I have in size 0. I emailed the company and she got me to measure the swimsuit I bought and compared it to other sizes as I thought it was tagged wrong.
Totally understand brands are different in sizes but that seemed like a crazy difference. After about 6 emails all I got was there was nothing they could do as I bought the item with a slight discount.
I then emailed asking if I could exchange for a different size and then they offered they could do that but not until I asked.
I definitely won’t be shopping here again and would advise others to make sure if they are shopping clothes from here to make sure they know the sizing of the products first.

Lollypops is my favourite go to for really special gifts and clothes for my kids, their cousins and little friends. The staff are always so lovely and helpful. Nothing is ever too difficult. They have a wonderful online shopping opportunity and easy in store shopping. A really beautiful business to visit.
