"It says free but its paid"

It says free, and then you are charging $22. Fake marketing. I landed on this website when they say they provide free elementor headers templates. I tried every link, but nothing was free, and it kept redirecting me to paid products. You can see it says free in their history here: web.archive.org
I wasted my time after seeing that free template fake advertisement. If you are selling something, then you should write straightforwardly to people. "Time is money"

The next day, another was released, and I contacted support and was emailed it right away.
