"I paid over $500 and nothing was…"

I paid over $500 and nothing was delivered. They blame the post office but cannot even provide evidence that they submitted it to the post office. Then they insulted my intelligence further by offering me a credit to use their service again as the only resolution. It has been over a month since it was "sent".
