We spent a great deal of time calling and testing out different background check providers. As a small company, all of the larger companies offerings didn't quite seem like the right fit.

We ultimately chose PerfitFitBackgroundChecks, and we are SO glad that we did. Not only was the quality of the background check great, but the process was seamless. We ended up having a complicated case in New York, where many counties charge a separate large fee just to access their data. Travis walked us through the process, and answered any questions we had making what could have been a complex and expensive process, seamless and cost effective.

guilty plea from 1980s was shown in the county records that i searched, but the owner could not find this conviction. I understand that only 7 years of county data are searched by the software. The owner graciously agreed to search further back but apparently he could not find it. He left me a voice mail message about a civil case, but this was unrelted.
