"STOLEN DESIGNS"

They work with "creators and designers" who steal designs from actual designers. This has been called out as there is proof of this. Stealing IP is still theft. They made money off of other people's stolen designs and their response to people pointing these out was "Well, they didn't sell well and we're a bigger company, so it's actually fine.". Then they resorted to being rude because they just don't seem to care about their reputation nor professionalism. Buy toys anywhere else.

Ordered from this company, although the delivery time is a bit long due to being in china, that's no fault of theirs. Tracking was useful, though a 3rd party delivery company left my package in an unsafe area and went missing.
Support from lapwing was great an they sorted me out a replacement.

Product was nice quality and as advertised.
I do recommend.
