"Ordered flowers late yesterday (friday)…"

Ordered flowers late yesterday (friday) for my mother, recieved at lunchtime today, the flowers and vase were in perfect condition and great value. Highly recommended

"Zero Customer Service and missing delivery"

I really didn't want to have to give a 1 star rating to any business but my experience with Mad Flowers leaves me little choice. I placed an order with Mad Flowers to have a bouquet delivered on New Year's Day. I paid extra for same day delivery and received confirmation emails for both my order and the completion of the bouquet ready to be delivered. Sadly it did not arrive as planned but sometimes things happen which is completely understandable. Three days later still no delivery and I obviously had to awkwardly contact to recipient to confirm this. I spend the following 3 days ringing both numbers for company, to no answer and with no ability to leave a message to receive a call back. I try the contact form through the website and eventually after going through PayPal to lodge a claim I got an email address for what I assume to be the owner or manager and emailed them directly. I again requested to be contacted back ASAP. On the 6th of January, flowers were finally delivered to the recipient, and to their credit they also included a box of chocolates. But three days later and I still haven't received ANY contact from the company.

I am a very reasonable person; had someone at any stage contacted me and explained what had happened I would not have written this review. I am aware that we are in a very difficult time and an owner/ florist/ driver may have called in sick with Covid-19. But even if it was the case that my order was delivered to the wrong place, or was somehow overlooked just communicating this with me would have been 1000 times better than the completely no contact approach they have taken. After this experience I have little faith in this company to fulfil an order correctly, or to adequately provide customer service to resolve issues. Unless I actually receive any follow up from this company I will not be using their services again and would actively discourage anyone else who might consider using them too from doing so.

"Attention to detail appears to be minimal"

Funeral spray delivered to client with a computer generated card and no details of sender and some flowers falling off the side of the spray. Disappointing experience given it was a funeral spray.Tried telephoning no reply. Poor customer service For this reason would not recommend

"Arrived on date, nice bouquet"

Ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered 24th Dec. They arrived and were very nice.
Minus 1 star for customer service.

Due to restrictions I wanted to change delivery address. For 2 days before delivery due, I called all day but no answer and wrote emails. Then on the due date they pick up the phone finally and said there's nothing they can do. I would have been happy to pay to change address but they were not flexible on it.

Had to use another company to order flowers

"Fantastic service."

Ordered as a graduation present for my sister. 30 roses in a glass vase, even more beautiful than I was expecting. Fantastic service, ordered Wednesday morning they were delivered Thursday morning without any issues.

"Such stunning bouquets every time!"

Yet again, very very happy with my order from Mad Flowers, the flowers arrived fresh and right on time. These bouquets have such a unique style and really brighten up your home, such beautiful mixes of textures with pops of colour. I ordered from here before as a gift for my mother and she was over the moon too with the gorgeous flowers she received! Will definitely be ordering from here again! Thanks guys!

"Appalling service avoid at all costs"

Order flowers for today for my girlfriend (Valentines day) I ordered 3 days in advance to make sure they were here on time. Last year they were sent to the wrong address but I said I’d give them the benefit of the doubt this year. Guess what.... no flowers. I called 3 times yesterday to make sure they would arrive on time and got no answer. I received no tracking information nor is there anywhere on their website to track your order, the only e-mail I got was to say my order was placed. Appalling service avoid at all costs.

"Flowers left at a random address, no contact to ask about my address."

I ordered 100 roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's day as I wouldn't be around on the day itself and needed them for then. When it came to 18.45 in the evening and the flowers had not arrived I was worried. The flowers were actually left at some random address, over the other side of the estate somewhere. The only reason I recieved the flowers that evening was because the woman who's house they were left at was kind enough to get in her car at night time with her young daughter and drive around to look for my address. I had no contact from the driver what so ever to say they couldn't find my house and instead it was just left at a random house. This is not good enough as when you pay good money for flowers, the least you expect is that they find their way to your address. What is the point in supplying a name, address and number if they are not going to be used. I was very lucky the woman who recieved the flowers was honest enough to look for me as it was past the closing time for the shop so nobody was answering the phone and if it were someone else they may very well have kept the 100 roses. I would have had no proof that I did or did not recieve them. It's a shame as the flowers were very nice, but the experience has put me off ever using Mad Flowers again. If you are spending a lot of money and you can't trust that the flowers will be delivered to you then I don't think it's worth it. I understand that the shop uses a courier service, but at the end of the day the book stops with the shop. They are putting their trust in a courier service to deliver their product and if this is not fulfilled it falls with the shop for picking the courier.

I live in Tipperary and would not go to any other company for my flowers. Great Customer Service, always deliver on time. They are well worth supporting.
