I have dealt with Charlie Warrington throughout and the service I have received has been fantastic. Rather than just trying to supply a vehicle, Charlie went through the suitability and expectations I had of the vehicle and got to know a little more about my needs. From initial enquiry to delivery, I’ve been kept well updated and informed. Without any prompt I’ve had calls and emails to let me know the next stages and see if anything had changed for myself. The process from ordering to Delivery has been seamless, with Charlie on hand throughout. Received lots of emails prior to contract ending, but when it came to engaging, found them difficult to contact. No response to emails, always ‘in meetings’ and when the email finally came confirming acceptance of the contract by the finance company, the details were incorrect. Will not deal with them again.
