"3 weeks no package"

All was good untill you want your package. I ordered a small but necessary item that I needed fast but it has taken them 3 weeks. A simple gas burner...
Trying to get contact is a nother maze.
Online chat says to call a number as they can't help with packages but the number never answers. Oh yeah it did once with no useful Info or help and disappeared in to the night.
Answering emails seems to be as important to them as you getting your packages as you wont get an answer.
Warmly recomend not ordering from them if you want stuff to your kitchen this year

Jag har suttit 30 minuter i växeln och det är ingen som svarar.

I am very disappointed in the service. I've ordered from this company several times during the last 3 years and except for my first purchase, every other purchase was a painful experience.
I never received an order on time. I always had to contact their salesman and remind him about the order. Couple of times I waited for 3 weeks for him to finalize my order. And he is constantly telling me that he is very busy and overworked. But I am also busy and I paid for the items, how can the company treat their customers like this?
This time, I made an order and paid for it more than a week ago, I have already received a message to evaluate the products but there are no products, not even registered for a shipment. I called this manager again and he told me he would check the order (after a week!!) and now he disappeared again.
I do not recommend this company. If you have any other company to work with instead of this one, do it please, save your nerves and trouble. I will do the same. Enough is enough.
Even after this answer from the company which is completely unfair because the person who worked with me knows very well that he dragged with my order for weeks and I had to call him multiple times. Now he is denying it. And I still haven't received my item or my money back. Where is my order? Explain me please here.
