I'm totally shocked with the way of their approach to new user: one hour after installation of the app and opening an account, I received a welcome message on my WhatsApp!! I became immediately suspicious about potential scam. I uninstalled the app and then received an email with the question what was the reason to do that!
The app is registered in India. Considering the fact that most of financial scams come from India and Nigeria, there is no way I would trust this app to add my bank account details, my customers details and they would have full access to my invoices, that means my income.
I tend to think most positive reviews are fake.

Refrens is scam point blank I had my invoice recurring and the due date keeps bouncing before the invoice ok fine I reached out they claim they can’t find the issue mind you my invoices generate every week . I didn’t get the service I wanted when I ask for my refund they completely ignore. But Refrens when you see this is Shahene and I need my refund!
