Communicaton is poor, voicemail boxes continually full, no reply on mobile, few returned calls, they sent messages by WhatsApp but didn't respond to my messages, unresponsive to queries re why payment was continually late, payment in 7 days extended to 21 days with immediate effect due to "interest rates", took 5 weeks from date of invoice in once instance, "internal miscommunication with the finance department" blamed repeatedly, regularly paid in the 4th week from invoice. Would be very hesitant to accept a role if via Petroplan.

Avoid at all costs every month I have had issues with paying paid through no fault of my own and pay has been nearly two weeks late each time they are an absolute joke of a company!

"I have worked with Petroplan"
I have worked with Petroplan, on and off for around 15 years within the oil & gas industry. Since June 2023 they have have deteriorated as a company. They are no longer focused on their Consultants/Contractors needs, especially when it comes to paying invoices. I have known several people who have had to default on their mortgages, unable to pay medical bills etc etc because of continuing late payment. Many Consultants/Contractors have had to leave Petroplan because of their appalling attitude towards their Consultants/Contractors. Even if you have a 30 day payment term in your contract, they will ignore it. I would no longer recommend working with them.
