Read the return instructions. Very hard to make returns. Much of their site is a "final sale" so no luck. Purchase things through reliable companies instead.

"Not good quality"

I thought the jewelry was pretty, but the rings seemed thin. I wore the chevron ring for a few hours and the chevrons squeezed together and had no space between them. I wasn’t doing any hard labor to cause it. I also put on the triple bangle bracelet with the dangling heart, and the heart charm fell off within an hour. I don’t find the pieces to be a decent quality.
