I am still waiting for my orders of nealy 80 pounds, still haven't heard anything, when I try to track it still says preparing? Why Sent a email to them and no response and can't get through o the phone. Very disappointed please be careful and read reviews before you buy.

Buyer/shoppers beware! I recently received an order from this company. I received a shoe that was miss sized, and was too small. I requested support from Seaachic and got a series of requests for information before finally being told the following: directly pasted from their email

Sorry for the unsatisfied purchase.
We understand the inconvenience and harassment that get the unsuitable item.
If you want to return the good, you need to ship it back to China and the freight should be paid by your side, maybe the postage is expensive to return.
Please kindly consider it. (Please note that the goods are supposed to be returned to the address we provide, not the one on the package.)
How about giving it to your friend as a gift? Maybe he/she will like it. Therefore, you do not need to waste money to return.
To be honest, the most effective method for this is that we issue 30% refund as a compensation.
Hope there is a chance to remedy this situation.
If you decide to return the items finally, we will show you the address.

Obviously the process they offered would first be very costly to me, perhaps doubling the amount paid for the product. The idea of sending the product back to a company on China, which I would add is unclear who or where that company might be, would be unreasonable.

This was a obviously a bad choice on my part. On lives and learns. Don’t make my mistake.

Plz plz don’t buy any item from this company. They r scammers. Robbers. They steal your money and time. Total waste. And if this company people r reading this review. Shame on u. This is how u guys r doing fraud with people. I bought a pair of shoes it’s been over month and half no delivery and if I said to them to give me my money back they r not giving me reply.

"Fake contact lens online from China"

Products are from China! I ordered and received my contact lenses (1 Day Acuvue Moist) in Singapore. There is a label on the products stating that it is only for distribution in China, Hong Kong. I immediately tossed away my purchase knowing that they are from China! I wouldn’t trust my eye care with such products! Unreliable and dubious source of contact lens supply online.
