The staff here are so kind and helpful. The system and arrangements are great, very secure, clean and dry with a choice of storage sizes to suit best. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future if needed.

I hadn't used storage before using Big Padlock in 2021 while relocating and wating to buy a house. Carol was brilliant from stat to finish in guiding me through space options and being available for any quesitions. I return again inbetween house moves in 2024 to the same brilliant and friendly serivce from Carol. Aside from that the space is well lit and secure and has 24 hr access at a good price and I'd highly recommend it. The team also have recommendations for removals, trades and other help might need which is handy

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service, full cage with my stuff stuck in the lift. When I rang the number for emergency the person started to swear at me and said that he is in Tesco doing his shoping and don't give a s.....! He started swear at his bosses as well, definitely wasn't happy with his duties! I asked him to speak with his manager and he said I am the manager the real manager is on holiday! When I asked why he talked like that and what is this customer service he said don't give a s.... for the customer service! Unbelievable second week the lift is broken avoid that storage!
