Timeliness of receiving my order. Love my order. Just what I was looking for. I had a minor issue but it was resolved quickly.

Good quality product, it was mis-shipped and it took a while to arrive, but thats just the USPS fault. Overall, I would buy again.

My order was sent out quickly but unfortunately there was an issue during the shipping process (not Made by Nami's fault). After I reached out to them, they immediately reshipped the items which arrived exactly as I originally ordered. Very happy with the bracelets I received, and I would order from them again. "Nami product"

I love the product and what it represents but was disappointed in shipping time and international charge. If NAMI would have indicated the cost did not include the international border cost it would not have changed my decision to order but it would have saved me the time in contacting my bank to ask what the charge was for.

"Bracelets"

Colors are vivid in the multi colored bracelets. The material looks and feels strong. Only issue is I have very small wrists so the adjustable cords are very long when I cinch up the bracelets around my wrist.

"Very disappointing"

Very disappointing these are so much smaller than they seen. Only half of the bracelet is the colored braided part - the rest is just black cord to tighten. Made for XXSmall wrists.
