I was having a problem with my Brother mono laser printer print quality. I initially tried to contact Brother directly but could find no customer service number and the Chat function was impossibe to use. I then called Cartridge Save. The person who answered the phone identified the problem and arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent out at no charge because it was under their 3 year warranty. It arrived the next day. You can't beat that.
