I placed an online order and they promptly responded. Initially, I requested my product to be shipped to the UK, but due to work reasons, I needed it to be delivered to the Netherlands instead. They assisted me with this request. However, they charged an additional €75 because the delivery addresses were in different countries. They explained that the product was only intended for delivery to the initial address, but since my country changed, they applied the €75 charge. Apart from that, I am very satisfied. Their communication is excellent, and they respond quickly. I rated them 4 stars just because of the additional charge, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them.

I recently purchased a dining table from this seller, and I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and service provided. The table arrived on time, was well-packaged, and assembly was straightforward with clear instructions. It perfectly matches the description and photos, adding a touch of elegance to our dining area. In the beginning everything in communication is very nice! That gives you the trust to order.
After payment the problems started.
I was promised that the table would be delivered within 20 days. This was a important requirement for me. I needed a dining table quickly and that was one of the main reasons I ordered it. They did not! THE TABLE WAS “delivered” 3 MONTHS LATER! There was always something wrong during transport.
you have to repeatedly ask where your package is. You will then be called randomly 2 hours before delivery on a weekday afternoon. you are expected to be available and be able to lift and install a very heavy table by yourself!. PLEASE NOTE: they do not tell you this when ordering. when you ask about delivery and installation, this question is completely ignored. I asked a lot of times, they ignored and misleaded me. If I had known that they would not lift such a heavy table in with the right equipment, I WOULD NEVER EVER ORDERED! Now that i complaint about it, they tell me: we never deliver into the house! Now they had the answer right away! Yes offcourse, you expect that your client lift a table of that heavy! You have to warn your client before payment! when you promote yourself as a company that delivers worldwide, be prepared as a company. you produce and deliver very heavy material. you need the right delivery equipment as a company. this has to be your responsibility and not the customer's. Or else you have to warn your client very clear before payment! You can never ever expect from your clients that they can lift a table like that heavy and without experience. My home was on the ground floor and it was horrible. I dont want to think about clients who dont live on the ground floor and need to lift the table to a other floor.
Then the horror continues: when the delivery people finally delivered after a lot of hassle, they decided not to drive into my street. The delivery person (who only speaks Turkish and has very limited English) just expected me to pick up the table including its very heavy legs 3 streets away. His reason was that he couldn't drive into the street. After explanation he still refused. It took 45 minutes before he decided to come anyway. I missed my appointments because of this. this was a very unpleasant experience. After arriving they told us again that they were not going to lift anything. my husband offered them €40 as the communications officer told us. They refused, they wanted €100. out of necessity we gave them €100. then they broke the legs while lifting. small pieces are broken from the legs and my tile floor is damaged.
When i saw the foot I could tell right away that the finish was terrible. PLEASE NOTE: they fill the holes in the table with a very ugly substance. the color does not match the travertine at all. They fill the holes in the table top with a white color, which also looks very ugly. When i orderderd i asked for a natural honed table. So no shine or brownish/creme color. I wanted a honed table with a grey tone. I tould them this like a 10 times. The color was good when it arrived. When i wiped the table with a wiper and water there came off a white substance and then the table went yellowish/creme exact the color that i dont want.
the horror continued after the delivery people decided not to lift the table top in. they accepted their €100 and indicated that we would have to arrange it ourselves. the table top has been outside in the rain for 2 days. After 2 days we were able to find 5 movers. which cost us an additional €300. In total I spent €400 extra for delivering a damaged table in in an ugly color. I have contacted customer service several times. they pay no attention to what you have to say. everything is my own fault. According to them, the fact that the legs are broken can be solved "easily", just turn the legs over! That was their reaction. As if those legs are very light. And the problem is still not solved because then I have a shaky table top because the surface is not stable. It's all very tiring. They don't want to understand you and do everything they can to remain innocent. Very poor service. The only thing customer service was doing was asking for a photo. That was important to them. So they can post the table on social media and mislead other customers. I will not participate in that because I am very dissatisfied! And I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!
