I love my curtains I purchased from curtains on the net .when they arrived they were true to pattern and colour as I saw on the website. The quality of manufacturing including choice of fabric was outstanding . I could not have bought ready made curtains for this price and quality from spotlight or any other chain store.
The customer service support via phone calls when i accidentally paid for my purchase three times was excellent. Vincent who I spoke too had already noted the discrepancies before I rung. I received into my account my overpayments within 24 hrs.
I was impressed there was a welcoming email thanking me for my purchase and which also allowed me to check that my order was correct . It also informed me of production times, delivery instructions and curtain installation details . Very professional . Their communication with the customer from beginning to end was excellent .
I recommend this company very highly for anyone who are wanting window dressing done .. 10 out of 10 fir customer satisfaction

I ordered ready made sheer curtains & full blockout custom made curtains. They arrived in a timely manner & if it wasn't for one small hiccup, I would have given 5 stars. The curtain rings & hooks didn't all arrive, so after follow up, I needed to wait for those items to arrive. The customer service was great, no complaints there.
