I would like to leave a review on the fantastic service I received from the Marlow store from my first enquiry to purchase and delivery of my new chair. The Marlow store was easy to find with parking reserved outside for my booked initial appointment. Illiana was so knowledgable, patient and friendly, she listened to what I needed and let me try before I ordered which was so helpful. As a Craniosacral Therapist I understand the importance of good posture and correct positioning. My new chair keeps me in great posture during my working day, I am more comfortable meaning I can fully concentrate on my client and I am less achy and tired at the end of the day. I was also so excited by the colour options available and have a purple covered seat which matches my clinic colour scheme and branding. We visited the Back in Action London showroom last week and it was an immensely enjoyable experience. The showroom is light and bright and offers the opportunity to try out the fantastic range of products. We were greatly assisted by the wonderful Christiana. She was a fund of helpful information about the features of the various products and the factors we would need to bear in mind when making our choices. She was able to answer all our queries and did so charmingly. We had visited specifically to inspect office chairs but after trying out the Back in Action mattress in store we couldn't resist ordering one for ourselves. The follow up service was first class. We received a phone call from the delivery team within an hour of leaving the showroom on Wednesday and the mattress was delivered by a very capable and friendly team early the following Monday morning. We also purchased some MBT shoes and the ingenious Humantool seat which transforms an ordinary chair into an ergonomic seat. A subsequent email enquiry about a product was answered very promptly and fully. We enthusiastically recommend this store, their products and their personnel to any prospective customers.

Back In Action give a top class service and backup. I had an issue with a pair of MBT shoes. They dealt with the problem immediately and replaced the shoes within one working day at no cost to me. Haven’t seen that kind of service for years from any company. They are the best ever.
