Had a recent issue however Alex has resolved so no complaints.

"No Next Day DHL Delivery Even Though Paid For"
Ordered in the morning and paid for DHL next day delivery because really needed the item the following day and this seller was the only one who offered this service on that item, which is why I was prepared to firstly pay more for the item than from other sellers and secondly, pay the extra for next day DHL delivery. Needless to say, my item didn't arrive next day. Having read previous reviews, a former customer complained that they didn't receive next day delivery with Royal Mail and the response from Alex to that customer was that he should have chosen DHL delivery for guaranteed next delivery, which is why I chose this option.
When requesting a refund, I was forwarded a link to the terms and conditions which he chose to hide behind and needless to say, didn't offer a full or partial refund of the delivery cost.
I did make the point that I had paid a premium for a particular service which I never received and requesting a refund of the delivery charge was not an unreasonable request. This time, no reply. Nice way to treat a first time (and now last time) customer!
My advice is be warned. The terms and conditions mean that even if you do decide to pay the extortionate premium for next day delivery, they can send it when they like and are covered by their terms and conditions!

Alex fitted AlloyGators to my car.
He approached the task very professionally. He accommodated my request to view the install – I was concerned about my EV’s battery being damaged by the lift – with no drama and did an excellent job.
He also remounted the number plates. When the front plate proved troublesome due to an awkward convex contour to the bodywork where the plate is mounted Alex cheerfully fixed the issue there and then.
I can thoroughly recommend him.

"SHOCKING SERVICE "
I visited the store to buy some new equipment, new Kranzle machine and equipment costing £1450.00 asked if I can buy the items now as I need them by friday, was told yes but I would have to email them a list as they are too busy now to do this. I have now returned to the store twice, yesterday and today, the shop is always closed. I will now source my new equipment from a more worthy company. I would never shop or recommend this company to anybody. This industry is very small and niche, so my 1.3 million social media followers will be keen to hear my review.

I phoned up as I wasn't sure which products to purchase, Alex was very helpful and knew his stuff.
Delivery was prompt and packaged very well.
Everyone is very fast to complain and leave negative reviews, however, my experience was very positive so give them a try for yourself and don't be put off by the few serial complainers.

Often people are quick to complain and slow to commend, so I thought I should give a review of my latest interaction.
I placed an order for a myriad of items, one of which was out of stock. So picked up the phone to Elite Car Care to see if they could do anything as there was one item I required in particular to complete a job.
Extremely nice, helpful and professional person on the other end of the phone that got my order out the door and the out of stock item will be posted on at no extra charge when back in stock. Exemplary approach to customer service and I won't hesitate to use Elite Car Care again in the future.

"No customer support whatsoever"
They are fine if you simply order something and have no issues or questions with the order however if you need to contact them for any reason whatsoever then good luck.
First time I ordered, my box ended up in the Isle of man due to some packing issue. It took multiple emails & phone calls (Most unanswered and required me to follow up multiple times) to get them to resolve it and resend the package out.
Now a few months down the line I have a manufacturing defect with one of the items and yet again all my emails & phone calls go unanswered. The one time I got someone to answer the phone they said they'd contact the supplier and follow up with me. This was almost a month ago. At this point its just not even worth my time attempting to get in contact.
