Un piège qui coûte très très cher ++++
Je suis comme beaucoup tombé dans un piège terrible que je ne pouvais imaginer.
Lisez bien le contrat car lorsque vous signez avec eux même si votre opérateur vous propose un contrat de 3 ans il vous condamne à régler des mensualités pour location de matériel pour 5 ans !!!un piége
Je dois encore payer une location de matériel que je n'utilise plus que j' ai d ailleurs rendu.
J ai beau sollicité le service commercial aucune remise ni geste commercial.
Résultat 2400 euros à rembourser alors que le matériel a été renvoyé puisque j ai changé d'opérateur.
Encore une fois lisez bien la durée de location du matériel et vérifiez qu elle coïncide avec celle de votre opérateur sinon ne signer pas.
En ce qui concerne leur matériel de standard téléphonique il est de tres bonne qualité.

Be careful. We signed a contract to lease a phone system for 5 years with a certain telephone company but we were missold ( big mistake ). There is going to be a change of lease but we have been told we have to cover the remaining payment if the new leaseholder does not take over. We pay £150 pm so total is £7200 !! Go with someone else as I don't want others to be stung.

Regrettably i have fallen victim to these guys also!
I run a recruitment business - we took out a telephone system with Berry Telecom. At no point we Grenke even mentioned! Next thing there is £1200 taken from my account and I am now apparently in contract with Genke to the tune of £11,000. I was also scammed by the Berry telecom sales guy. I signed a three year deal and he put through a five year deal. Disgusting.

I have now closed my office to work from home as Covid19 almost ruined us. I have asked both Berry and Grenke for support. They are demanding £11,000 plus the return of the two telephones and server. With immediate payment.

These guys are complete rip off merchants and will get you to sign a 5 year contract that is cast iron and you have no way of getting out of. Do not sign up to anything with these people.
