I first contacted Donna to arrange a valuation for my mother in laws home in Cwmbran and I could tell straight away that her main focus was providing excellent service and support. She was efficient organised and friendly and had the process from for sale to sold wrapped up within 2 weeks with the top end of the market price secured. We would never of had this level of efficiency or personable service from anyone else. she was on hand to help mum because we couldn't be there due to logistics.
