"I had a very disappointing experience…"

I had a very disappointing experience with Connect2Learn. After continuous and irritating follow-ups from them, I finally agreed to a demo class. The demo itself started 10 minutes late, but we let it go, assuming such things happen.
Despite this, we decided to enroll after mutually agreeing on a set schedule. However, on the very first day, I was asked to join an hour earlier than planned—while my child was still in school. Connect2Learn apologized and offered an alternative session.
On the rescheduled day, my child joined on time, but the same issue repeated. When we followed up, we were simply told, “The teacher is joining.” After waiting another 15 minutes (a total of 20 minutes), nobody showed up. It was incredibly frustrating for me, but more importantly, what kind of message does this send to my child about punctuality?
I can’t start something on such a wrong note. If you’re looking for a reliable and professional learning experience, I wouldn’t recommend Connect2Learn.

It’s been an year working with the team and my experience here has been great so far.
Especially the team members make it easier as they help us out in every possible way.

My twins have been taking classes from connect2learn from one year and the experience so far is amazing. Special thanks to Alam for being so helpful and cooperative since day 1.
Any issue be it big or small Alam takes it on gets things sorted ASAP.
My kids love all the teachers and look forward to attend the class which was not the case when we tried elsewhere.

I am completely satisfied in working with C2L... there is absolutely a great ambience to maintain work life balance. The people and the system both are equally flexible with their employees . Mr. Alam, Mr. Sayan, Mr. Alapan, Mr. Ayan, Ms. Rinika all of them are always ready to help us. I would like to thanks all of them for putting their effort to provide us a comfortable ambience to work. Mr. Alam is quite a tenured employee here, I could see his huge efforts to satisfy the parents and teachers both. I strongly recommend to join here specially the people who has the passion to teach.
