They have not returned finance after my returned was gained and signed for, I would not recommend this company.

Unfortunately the curtains were held up for several weeks due to an error in despatch. I asked them to ensure curtains would blend two colours clearly and once eventually arrived several weeks later than informed I was not pleased. I messaged the company and asked if they were definitely the right curtains as not what I had expected. Sent last Thursday and 6 days later no response so now posting a review. To be fair the company provided a partial refund for the late delivery but disappointed with the overall distinction of the colouring as just not anywhere near what they looked like online or advised

Have messaged today again to say can I send back as not as advertised an no answer

Given up and will be replacing these with something from elsewhere and have them cut to size afterwards. Overall disappointed to say the very least. Poor service late delivery not as stated would be.
