"Top Notch customer service and cheap Weber BBQs, what’s not to like??"

I bought a Weber BBQ from Clonmel Garden Centre 18 months ago. They are by far the cheapest in Ireland, as I spent ages trying to get it cheaper. The BBQ stopped working last week and I popped in to see them. I was worried that I didn’t have a receipt but had a bank statement with the purchase. I spoke to Keith, he assured me that they have my details on the system. I told him the problem, he rang the company rep in front of me, gave me a fix for what he thought the problem was and then gave me a part replacement free of charge to fix the problem if that didn’t work. Can’t recommend Keith enough. Competitive pricing and amazing customer services, unfortunately it’s a rarity these days. Thanks for your help.
